Finally, we are getting our website up and running. Please bare with us as we work over the next couple of weeks to make it fully functional. We plan to have information about each of our services, a calendar of events, and a way for you to register for classes, workshops, and retreats online. Our goal is to be as user-friendly as possible.
While we prepare for our grand opening, which is looking like March 1st, we want you to know that we are here for you now. We take limited appointments for Reiki and relaxation treatments, we are available to work with your youth group at school or church, and we will be teaching a FREE weekly marriage and relationship class, Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage, starting Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at Anniston First United Methodist Church! This class is for married people or those who hope to be married one day and want to have the best relationship possible.
We are also thinking of having regular cooking nights in our gluten-free heathy kitchen once our center opens. You would come and bring a certain amount of money and then prepare dinners to freeze for your family to eat. We find a lot of people say they would eat healthier if they had more time or had healthy meals they could just heat up. There will be options for this, but all meals will be Gluten Free! We will announce more about this exciting option, as well as our plans for a community garden soon!
